Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. To provide better shopping experiences for our customers, we have a return & refund policy. This policy is applicable to Hirator website online purchase only.

Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty
We guarantee our products with one year warranty, if you have any damage, leakage, abnormal function within one year of receiving the product, please feel free to contact us.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your package upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately. Some pictures of the item need to be provided via email so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.

Return procedures

  1. Please contact us at support@hirator.com previously if you want to return an item. Please do not send it back without contacting us.
  2. Customer send the package to us (return address is in Colorado, US). 
  3. After our warehouse receives and evaluates the item (no damaged and in its original packaging.), the refund will be initiated.
  4. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method around 10 business days.
